123Systems.net poor and rude support (again!)

Here it is another example of how the support of 123Systems.net works!

Summary:
- I had a VPS with 123Systems
- They failed importing my VPS dump (see this post!)
- I setup the VPS
- The VPS was working!!
- The VPS was not reachable anymore....
- They stated it was a problem of my network.
- The VPS was not reachable from 50 different networks...
- They never replyed

I have network problem accessing my vps.

This is a lucky example. Many times all the packets are lost.

Can you see these attachements?
They are screenshots of pings to my vps taken from different locations and
networks.
Very high packets losses.

Do you want me to check more than 50 network connections?

Please, be serious and investigate the problem deeper...
